The Surrogate Band was formed by "Blind Dog" Pete Deshler and Timoteo in the year 2000. The duo met in high school and had jammed together off and on until 1996 when they were in band called Melody's Return. In 1999 Melody's Return broke up and Pete and Tim decided to carry on as an electric duo. In 2004 they completed their first full length album called "Scream of the Butterfly". They are currently working on the follow-up which is entitled "Incog-Neat-O!"
